Liga Europa: Antevisão da SkySports

Benfica ready for Reds test
Jorge Jesus looking for win

Jorge Jesus says the strongest two sides are meeting on Thursday in the Europa League.

His Benfica team take on Liverpool in the first leg of their quarter-final at the Estadio da Luz.

Jesus has already guided his side to two victories over Liverpool's Merseyside rivals Everton in the group phase as they scored seven goals without reply.

But Jesus is expecting a tougher contest against Liverpool.

"Liverpool are slightly different to Everton. At the beginning of the season, Liverpool were strong candidates in the Champions League and now they are playing in the Europa League," he said.

"Along with Benfica, they are the strongest team in the competition, so the two strongest teams are going to play each other and we are ready for it.

"They are very good tactically and technically, but we are ready for them."

Jesus concedes Fernando Torres will be the main danger.

"Torres will be a player to watch - we will keep our eye on him," he said.

"He will not be thinking about the second match, he will play his best game and we have to be careful. He is very good at creating spaces in attack and at finishing, so we will keep our eye on him."
